If your order is lost or damaged upon delivery or you would like to return the item(s) purchased, you may request a refund of the cost of the item(s).
Losses: You may request a refund after all available options for locating your lost order have been exhausted.
Returns & Damages: You are eligible for a refund for the next 30 days after you have received the item.
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery window, please let me know. In most cases the package has just been delayed due to bad weather, holidays, limited flight schedule, or other unforeseen events. Please refer to your order history or email receipts for tracking information.
Should you want to return the purchased item(s) for any reason, you will receive your refund once the returned item(s) have been delivered and received. You will be refunded the cost of the item(s).
To file a damaged goods claim, take a clear photo of the damaged item and email it to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will send you return instructions once I confirm that the item has been damaged.
As I am sadly unable to personally drive up to your door to deliver your order, once the order has been shipped it is in the hands of the USPS. Any damages or losses are their responsibility, so I cannot refund the initial shipping cost.
